OB Heating & Plumbing

Poor quality. Came to our house as a contractor and admittedly work was better than when they got there but not done to a decent enough standard according to the photos sent to trustmark. I got so fed up with the solar thermal I asked for it to be removed. This company got the contract. When they came some old mobile phones disappeared ( they didn't work either obsolete or water damaged. ) he left with the bottom cover of my boiler with the 2 keys
I rang him and he said rhe took it by mistake and would send it back to me. That was 2 weeks ago still nothing. When they took about the solar thermal they left a mass of water in the loft and in the airing cupboard and didn't even tell me about it. When questioned Owen told me he didn't even k know the water had dropped. Which is really poor quality. He isn't even answering my calls and hasn't sent me proof of delivery. Be very wary of giving work to this company

Replaced bathroom with walk In shower. Involved dealing with cast iron pipes. Replacing found ousing copper pipes. Covering walls with shower proof boarding .and all the paraphernalia associated with stripping old bathroom and replacing with a walk in shower. Tiling floor to owners design.
First class. Serviced Worcester Bosch combi and pointed out a badly fitted flue that no other engineer had commented on. Tested gas pressure never done by other engineers. Spent hours flushing central heating system. All work seemingly done to highest standard. Obliging, honest and very skilled heating engineer was Ben Peraj. Now completed further work, by replacing cloakroom taps and kitchen sink mixer. No problems. Going to get a quote for him to fit new Worcester Bosch combi and flush central heating system for my son. Highly recommended.
