Outstanding customer service, communication and products. I recently phoned Oakwood Feeds as I found them on their website, a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady who helped me with my enquiries regarding Quail starter crumb, grower 2mm pellets and layer pellets. As I wished to purchase in smaller amounts rather than 25kg bags of each. I am a hobbyist and a newcomer to keeping and rearing Quail, I had previously purchased starter crumb in smaller quantities on an auction/ buy it now website but found no guarantee that the feed was good and best before expiry. Susanne from Oakwoods went to warehouse checked what they had and even created on their website later that day what I requested so I could purchase online. A returned phone call to myself to say it had been done so I could complete transaction and Oakwoods despatched that same day and I received next day. Feeds were very well packaged and labels attached to each bag specifying best before date and nutrition detail. Recommend

Wonderful service from a company that cares about its customers!
It started as an online query, “Do you do smaller bags of feed? 20kg is too much for me!”
Not an hour later, I receive a call to tell me that I can now purchase a smaller bag (4kg)
Duly purchased, the (much more manageable sized) bag of feed arrives within 48hrs (despite the weekend!)
Happy owner, happy birds! Dog now wondering why he didn’t get anything!
I can’t rate this company highly enough! There aren’t many companies that would decide to make a whole new line of product, just because someone asked “do you do a smaller size?”
True “old fashioned” customer service never goes out of fashion!
