A friendly professional team with outstanding Customer Service.
I went in for a pre booked wheel alignment not only was I greeted with smiles (makes a huge difference) they where efficient and offered me refreshments, a pleasant waiting area whereby you see all the work being carried out.
Honestly Ive been to a few garages an often feel like I'm being taken advantage off because Im a female and they assume I don't have the knowledge. These guys listened to me understood my concerns and corrected the issue.
I will definitely go back.
Quality service, reasonable priced.
Speed to do the task was good too.
More garages should be like these guys.

This is the worst garage I've had experience with in my life. The owner basically said that if I cannot pay for my car to get a cheaper car instead of giving me the option of installments. No customer skills, no support for those who cannot pay upfront, Bad vibe and customer service overall. Avoid taking your car here.

Bad garage. Two weeks after my car had full service from the dealer the timing belt broken. The rac 's driver straight away took the car to oakmere service centre. I asked him about the price he told me £200 and few days later he phoned me to tell that it will cost me £1200 I told him it's too much I was powerless the car would not start. I said to I will give him £1000 he agreed but in cash with deposit of £500. When went to collect the I ended up paying him £800 instead of £500. Trying to the car I noticed new problem occurs that I did not have before crunchy noise from suspension I told him he charged me further£200 but the still there. One day I started the it would not start I insisted. It only drove few yards and stopped I called the rac they were too busy they sent a third party. When the mechanic open the bonnet we found engine cables damaged after a closer look we found sweet corn with cheese glued in the engine.he told me it's a rat. why would a rat come to eat in the engine?

Terrible, replaced battery when not needed, promised RAC would refund but left no evidence for them ... incompitent.

This garage was recommended to me as the best in the area and lives up to the claim. Dealer was quoting well over a grand and their mechanic pointed me here.
The problem was quickly diagnosed and I was quoted a parts and labour cost of less than half the dealer price. The mechanics explained it all to me and took the time to make sure I was happy. Booked car in for the next day, dropped it off in the morning and all fixed and ready for me in the evening.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and the car is driving like it should.
I will definitely be coming here from now on with all the family cars.
