Appalling service from start by Phil Oakley Contractor Ltd.
Lack of/ no communication throughout the job.
Sub contractors not turning up at all when expected and no communication as to why (over a period of weeks).
Waiting weeks for completion and still waiting!
No care for customer service whatsoever.

I would not recommend this company at all, unless you want to be extremely disappointed.

Complete house renovation.

Over the past 18 months Phil and his team of experienced trades have been working on a complete renovation of my house, including a loft conversion, new ceilings, taking walls down, re-wiring, new kitchen and bathroom. new floors and more. Phil was always either on site or at the end of the phone to offer advice, make suggestions and solve problems. The guys worked really hard and always left the house tidy at the end of the day, taking away rubbish and sweeping up. There were occasions when materials were hard to source which caused minor delays to the work but Phil kept me informed and did his best to chase providers and get the work done. I am delighted with the work that has been done and would certainly recommend Phil and the team.

Leak in Roof fixed in no time.

I had a leak in my roof coming into bedroom. Within 5 day's scaffolding was up, roof stripped back, new felt, battens, slats, scaffolding down, rubbish removed. You wouldn't know that Steve the roofer had been. Thanks Phil and team.

Quality customer care.

Yet again Phil and team came to my rescue. I was having teething problems with my new boiler. I phond Phil who dropped everything to come over and reassure me that everything would be fine. As a woman living on my own it can be difficult to find people who go the extra mile and look after their clients to such a high degree - Phil and team most certainly do care and support me through all the work they do for me. One very satisfied customer 😊

Outstanding wetroom with a room renovation.

As a woman living on my own I felt comfortable having Phil and his team in my home. A wetroom was installed downstairs and two rooms knocked in to one. Phil and his team are professional, caring, experienced at what they do and fun to have around. Phil spent time with me talking through options and ideas, he coordinated everything needed to bring my vision to life so I had nothing to worry about. I can't recommend Phil and his team enough. The work they did for me has transformed how I live in my home. Sit back and enjoy the ride! Thank you Phil.
