Q: How do you clean the carpets?

A: We clean carpets and upholstery using a Hot Water Extraction machine. Will pre-spray the area to break down the dirt and rinse/extract the dirt using the machine.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: We cover all areas in the EH postcode and some surounding areas on request.

Q: How do we pay?

A: We take cash, card or bank transfer.

Q: How long does it take?

A: 2 average sized rooms can around 90mins and a sofa generally 90mins.

Q: Can I walk in carpets afterwards?

A: Yes carpets can be walked on immediately although they will be slightly damp.

Q: How long do carpets take to dry?

A: Generally 4-6 hours depending on how deep we need to clean, type of carpet material and ventilation in the property.

Q: No we need to vacuum?

A: Yes, please vacuum the area to be cleaned.

Q: Do you clean cars?

A: Unfortunately, we don't.

Q: Do you clean caravans and motorhomes?

A: Yes we do.

Q: Do you move furniture?

A: We move the furniture within reason. E.g sofas, tables , dining chairs, coffee tables etc. Larger items like TV units, bookshelves, wardrobes and side boards are usually cleaned around without moving

Q: Do we need to provide anything?

A: All we need is a supply of Hot Water and Electricity to run the machines.
