Replacement glass

Replaced some glass for us 18 months ago. Within a week it started cracking. After months of calls and email.Guy came a covered glass with a sticky back plastic film (April 2021), so it was safe for my young daughter. Guy said he would come back in May and replace. It now a year later and I've still got a dangerous cracked window in my daughters bedroom. I email Guy and he replies with a angry email or now he is just ignoring any contact we make. This has been going on for 18 months. Its not right. When he looked at the window he even said it had NOT been caused by us.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for glass breaking after installation. We have offered replacement glass free of charge as we are passing. Unfortunately we have not been able to arrange this with yourselves. If you wish to arrange this please get in contact via email or phone. Very good work and great result

From the start we were very satisfied with Guy's professional approach and attention to detail. We were kept informed as to the time it would take for the door and glass to be delivered. Fitting the door was carried out with care and attention and on time. The quality of the finish was excellent and we are very satisfied and would recommend NWD without hesitation Mr & Mrs A Bennett

NWD replaced our back door in May at the time didn't get round to review however, we are so pleased with our new door and have had so many positive comments felt l must post a review. It fits perfectly, looks exactly as we wanted it to and is of high quality. Excellent workmanship, very reliable, left the place very clean and tidy a pleasure to deal with this family run team. If we needed any further replacement windows or doors we would not hesitate to go to NWD.
