Very quick response following initial contact, appointment arranged, engineer arrived promptly and on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very friendly and helpful, offering impartial advice as well when asked.

Andy has always been our first port of call, since the first job to the last.
He turns up on time, if not a bit early. Nothing is too much trouble, and he is only happy when you are happy. He replies to emails promptly, his work is top standard and any issue is resolved quickly.
A real gem, and even many years on from a job, he is happy to answer questions or arrange certificates to be sent - literally a lovely man and one that deserves success.
Would recommend him to anybody

Waited days for a courteous call back after I left a message on their answerphone. Non came meaning I wasted time. Takes nothing to be courteous.

Radiator refit

We had a total refit of the property's radiators 6 in total and we selected Border Gas from the Yell site, based on the comments and ratings given. Mark was ideal to deal with, he kept us informed during the organising stages. On the day of the fitting Mark and Rob arrived on schedule and worked throughout the day, very impressed indeed.
