Great customer service, great massage, nails chipped after 3 days

I had a great experience at this salon - the beauticians were very friendly and welcoming, they answered my questions patiently and I really enjoyed the experiences of having my nails done and getting a massage. One of my beauticians was lovely to talk to, the other was much quieter but a nice person. The massage room has a really nice calming atmosphere and upstairs only has a faint smell of nail varnish.
The massage was great, very relaxing and I was just sad when it was over but even though the nails looked great at first, they did chip very quickly which isn't what I expect with gel nails, my last lot from a different salon lasted 2 weeks. I really like the salon and I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, could have been the beautician, the products or maybe I did catch several of my nails without realising. But still, not quite what I expected even though I loved it while I was there.
