From the moment I stepped through the door, I had the utmost confidence in Sarah's, knowledge, expertise but most importantly her professional approach and ability to combine these with a very easy, welcoming non judgemental customer service (so often, sadly lacking nowadays). Unbelievably helpful in guiding me through available options for the various requirements I had, thus making the whole experience so personal and easy. Couldn't recommend Number 10 anymore highly. Marc and Sarah have given us nothing but the best service ever since they opened Number 10 in Brighton. We go to them for both new items and repairs on our old jewellery. There is no pressure selling, just good honest advice. We have chosen stones and have earrings made on several occasions, they are beautifully crafted. We have also had rings made and altered. On a rating of 1-10 they are always a ten, we would never go anywhere else.

We went to Number Ten for our wedding rings and from the start, we were extremely impressed at how friendly and professional everyone was. Lucy talked us through all of the options of which metals and which ring shapes there were, which was really helpful, as neither of us really wear much jewellry.

We settled on palladium rings for both of us, with one being given a hammered effect, and the other being engraved on the outside. The engraved ring was for me, but I was unsure of the pattern to have. Lucy showed me previous examples of engraved rings, but I ended up submitting my own design. This was then engraved onto a sample ring by the local metal engraver, who this shop uses. Once I was happy with the final look, my actual ring was engraved.

The rings are both gorgeous, and really good quality. The price was also very good. I’m so happy that we chose this jewellers for our wedding rings, as I know that twenty years down the line, the rings will look as good as they do now.
