Been a member since virgin active days and never had a problem (small parking space was a pain but that seems to have been addressed). Top class facilities, genuine, caring instructors, everything always clean and well kept. People bringing kit bags on to the floor is a pet hate of mine but that’s seriously the only complaint I can manage. Great value for money if you use it regularly. I try and get down two/ three times a week, even just for a swim.

went there to meet someone as me and my son were thinking of joining. After 30 minutes trying to find a parking space we left. I then emailed the gym and apologised for not being able to make the appointment. After 5 days no one from the gym has acknowledged my email, no one has called me ask ask why I didn't show up and they want £78 per month from their clients, what a joke!!!

Went to Sharlene for a Physio and it was my biggest mistake so much so that i cannot move from my bed now ...please avoid ...
