Expert plumber

My grandma’s boiler wasn’t working and I called Neil as she had no central heating nor hot water. He fitted us in on the same day, came to the house, assessed the issue and returned the next morning with the parts to complete the job. He was caring, thorough and professional. He took photos of all the parts that needed fixing or replacing and gave us a very detailed quotation and invoice. He’s fantastic!

We have been using Nil for years and he has fixed all sort of plumbing issues from blocked pipes to boiler installation for us, highly recommend!

Boiler replacement

I had my boiler replaced by NP Works. Nil & his team were very professional and informative. They kept us updated every step of the way with what was happening and completed everything quickly and to a high standard. There was even an incident where the glass pane on our front door shattered and even though he didn't have to, Nil called a glass company he knew to help get us a quote for the repair. Nil went above & beyond and we were so happy to have the heating & hot water back in the house!
