Novus: a 5=star performer

We have recently used Novus Taxis for two longish trips, one of which proved to be particularly complicated and difficult due to bad weather. In both cases the service provided was excellent and in the difficult case our driver was outstandingly helpful and went beyond the call of duty to look after us. Prices charged were thoroughly competitive. We would not hesitate either to use Novus again or to recommend the firm to other people.
