My family and I were absolutely thrilled with the overall service delivered by Novak & Parkes. They seemed to manage the entire project with such ease and calm. I had requested a lot of changes in a short time period. Abbey & Michael “got” my style during the initial meeting, from then on they managed the timeline & all of the trades. Michael arrived each morning to greet the relevant tradesperson for that day in order to review the plan and ensure everyone was on the same page.
