We needed an old, obsolete, alarm system replaced. Adam came and gave us an overview of the systems they use, and give a quote. On installation day, he turned up when he said he would, and replaced all the defunct parts of the old system with their new system. Can't fault the work carried out, clean and tidy, and the system seems very user friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Great company with helpful staff,

I have been using Nova alarms for over 20 years. I recently needed a new control panel and a new remote keypad which was fitted by Daryll. Once again they did an excellent job, Daryll was very tidy and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are all very helpful and I would recommend this company to anybody. Thanks again for the great service.

Excellent service, product and after servuce.

Had to ring today as alarm had a fault. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and extremly helpful, we couldnt fix the problem using the alarm system and within 10 minutes of me putting the phone down a young gentleman was at the door to fix the problem, he also was very polite and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this company they have been excellent from the day I rang for information on alarms and have been nothing but professional and helpful since.
I would rate them 10/10.

Great service by lovely family run business

Rang and spoke to a lovely lady in the office who was very friendly and helpful in sorting out for someone to call and give us a quote and Adam called on time and listened to our needs as we have a dog. We wanted a alarm for peace of mind we were impressed with the fast and efficient Service, Daryl the fitter turned up on time our alarm was fitted and Daryl fully explained everything on how it worked and he completely cleared everything up after he had finished the job.
I can highly recommend Nova Alarms great job done and a good price too great guys well done and thanks 5 stars all the way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
