Ceased main stopcock
5After a few mins he had his arm down the water shut off on the pavement 15 mins later job done , quickly cleanly and a good guy who you had a good feeling about that he wasn’t one of the other guys who would want to charge you as much as poss BUT mark is definitely NOT one of those .Would definitely recommend mark every time
