Terrible service booked online they took my money left after 1 min of waiting why I was walking down the path with a 10 month old baby and when I called back they said they will sent a taxi and they never did

Left my phone in the back and phoned in to see if they still had it. First guy didn't help or try but second time i rang his colleague made a real effort to help me and got the phone back same night.

I have many bad experiences with this company and did complaint about them to the manager who said I will check and get back to you but never called me.
Not reliable. I once ordered a taxi then I received a message thank you for using Nottingham cars and no taxi had come to pick me up. When I called them they said here In the system shows the driver had dropped you off to your distenaton!
The manager Javeed or shaffed did not solve my problems. Then I decided not to use them.
