Outstanding for so many reasons

Open 6 days a week throughout all the lockdowns. Ali is always happy to give advice whether or not I'm making a purchase. Always gives choices depending on my priorities and budget, including ones which save me money. Very clear with very straightforward explanations. Very steady and consistent. I've just bought a new iPhone, a reconditioned one at a very competitive price. Delighted with it and the price, and how easy it was to upgrade.

Great service and support

So I dropped off my PS4 which had a broken Hdmi port on it, Ali got it fixed all good and done. When I got it home, I couldn’t get it to work still. Ali gave me a new Hdmi free of charge and it instantly worked perfectly, turns out my old wires had gotten used to my broken pins. Great guy, can’t complain about the service, would recommend.
