Terrible service, I previously rang asking the appropriate questions if the glass would be suitable with heat and what it would be used for. The lady was rude but assured us it would be fine. Unfortunately after bring the glass back, it shattered immediately after being subjected to some heat. We've tried to call back to re ask questions but have been again greeted with an appalling response and no answers to our questions. Would not use again.

Ordered glass online!

I was super pleased to find I could order glass online. I recently broke a glass shelf and required a replacement. After searching online I found Norwich Glass and found the process easy to do.
Received glass safe and sound. Thanks for all the help!

Terrible service, took 2 months to supply a poor quality mirror. Rude staff and not returning calls.
Once they have your money, they don't care.
