Norton Garden Centre

Visited the cafe for coffee and cake.
We werent attending at a busy time of the day. The woman who initially served us either didnt care or didnt have the ability to serve us properly, we were told a couple of times when giving our order to "wait a minute" as she took our request (2 coffees and two pieces of cake!) we waited 20 mins for our coffees. As we were sitting waiting for our drinks, i observed there were 5 employees at the till area with no customers present, all standing around chatting, when i went to enquire about when we would receive our coffees a young lady looked over her black rimmed glasses at me and quite curtly told me "we will bring it to you" we waited another 5 minutes until it was brought over and dumped at our table, lukewarm.
Staff rude and uncaring with a complete lack of customer service skills
Not impressed at all with the way we were treated so would rather travel elsewhere to eat, and will not be spending any more money at Norton Garden Centre

I must commend this garden centre for their excellent customer service and value for money. I ordered some beautiful garden furniture from them which I struggled to get elsewhere. Their price was better than any other I found. It was delivered at a reasonable price extremely quickly. Everyone I dealt with there was marvellously helpful and called back with information on delivery times etc. I think this is a family run firm and it shows,.
