Northwood

Very disappointed with this Branch. After experiencing valid concerns of problems in my daughters bedsit, it has become extremely difficult to contact them or get satisfactory feedback. Customer service is seriously lacking. I will not use this Agent in the future.

I've always received excellent service from Northwood which goes above and beyond what a regular agent would do. They always find me good reliable tenants and are very efficient with paperwork etc. I highly recommend them to any Landlord/Landlady thinking of letting a property.

Having not rented for over ten years, I was apprehensive about the whole process, but Northwood made it all very easy and enjoyable! I dealt with Reece and Mat in the Mill Road office and found them both polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and approachable. I had a few issues when I moved in and they were sorted straight away and without complaint. They always kept me in the loop with regards to any maintenance visits, inspections or viewings, whilst also making me laugh. What more can you ask for?! Would highly recommend.

Northwood became my agent 4 years ago taking an initial property for 1 year on their Guaranteed Rental service, after 1 initial year i was so impressed that i signed for another 3 years. Northwood are now managing my entire portfolio of properties, always provide me with great tenants and do an outstanding job whilst giving me a good rate.
