Can’t use our lovely fire

Had a burner recently fitted. They did as they said they were here on time and finished inside a day. But when it come to use our lovely fire smoke poured out of our upstairs fireplace and a horrible acrid smell. When I rang the number to ask about it they didn’t remember even fitting the fire and left us not being able to use our burner. Having checked with other fitters it appears they should have enquired on wether we had another flue as all the smoke is being sucked back down. Fire back has cracked and the finish around the fire was poor and left looking very rustic to say the least. Very unhappy on having to spend more money to have to brick up out upstairs fireplace and get rid of pur lovely original fireplace upstairs

I have recently had a log stove installed by these guys, it was all installed in one day, which was super convenient, cant argue with the price, definatly worth it. Very professional team and would highly recommend them if your looking to have a new burner installed.

Excellent guys who fitted the wood burner!

Reliable Guys, Gary booked me in for a wood burner fitment at the best time convenient for me! Good and reasonable prices too! The Two builders who came on the day to do all of the work Andrew and Edward. Both of them were really friendly, knowledgeable and and hard working! I would 100% recomend these guys!
