Promises, promises

Well I’m similar to the other review. I called on a Friday night not expecting a pick up,but to leave a voicemail. He answered and said he’d call around the following day Saturday, but he did say he would let me know for certain if he couldn’t. So I stayed in, no messages and no appearance. I left it over the weekend and called him several times on Monday to leave voice mail. Later that day he answered to say he was driving and would call me back in two minutes. An hour later I called him back and it went to voice mail. About an hour later he sent me message that he contact me. He never did. Joe is obviously a good guy but in stead of saying, I’m booked up he leaves you in a situation that full of promises which stopped you from asking elsewhere. Late Monday I rang another company who came within one hour and fixed it. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Not So Northwest Gates & Automation

If this guy is good at one thing, it's promising to quote and then not bothering to phone or text to let you know he can't be bothered to attend. TWICE this guy has failed to show courtesy and professionalism by failing to attend a quotation by not letting us know he's otherwise occupied. I cannot and will never recommend Northwest Gates & Automation.

We had a problem with the electrics on our gates. I rang Northwest Gates and spoke to Joe. He was here the following day and sorted out our issue within moments. Would have no hesitation in recommending them - excellent service thank you

I am a newcomer to owning electric gates , as they were already installed in a recently purchased home .
So when they broke down I was cautious about choosing a repairer.
Very glad I chose Joe , as he gave a quick , clear explanation of the problems ,
and promptly put them right .
I now understand the set up much more , and feel informed to look after them
in between services .
Would recommend to anyone looking for repair or service
