Contacted Jamie @ Northgate Heating regarding a new boiler, preferably Vaillant. The quote wasn't the cheapest we had but due to his thoroughness and professionalism when attending our home to quote, we didn't hesitate to employ his services. We are so pleased we used Northgate Heating. The job was completed cleanly and efficiently in one day. When we thought there was an issue with the boiler a couple of days later, Jamie didn't hesitate to revisit, check it out and then contact Vaillant for us. There as indeed a fault which Vaillant dealt with immediately. Definitely a 5 star heating engineer. We've had a lot of work done to our home in the last couple of years and Jamie stands out as being probably the most professional tradesman we've used.

We have just had the following work carried out by Northgate Heating.
All radiators replaced.
New Combi Boiler fitted to replace existing Back boiler.
New Valor Drean Gas fire installed.
All the work was very, and I do mean Very, professionally carried out. Jamie and Gaz were excellent. You would not have know they had been, so clean, unbelievable. I can not recommend them highly enough. 5 stars doesn’t give them justice. Amazing.

Brilliant service. Had a problem with the boiler, no heating or hot water. Got an appointment very quick with Northgate Heating and they had fixed it within 30 minutes of arriving. Very happy thank you!

I have just had a new combi boiler put in by Northgate Heating and from start to finish they were nothing short of excellent. From the first visit taking all the details of my existing system and my requirements for the new system, taking time to listen to my needs and giving advice on the best system for me and how to protect it to avoid problems in the future, I feel like they are much more than just a company, and do truly care about their customers and how to get the best for them.
