Pathetic and Unprofessional Service-AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I went there when my car broke down due to car battery not charging, they changed the alternator and belt (costed me £286) and after changing the alternator and belt, the battery still not charging. They didn't bother to mention to invetigate before changing the alternator that if that is the problem issue or not. RAC breakdown team took me there and I complained to them as well. The person at the desk was very rude and unprofessional to say the least, he said that to investigate the issue, I should pay them more labour charge of £57. Why change the alternator without checking whether that is the cause of issue or not? I would definitely not go there EVER and would also suggest anyone reading this review. Please don't waste your time and money on this garage. They are pathetic garage having ZERO focus on Customer Service and no expertise to fix the issues. AVOID at all costs.

Customer service and satisfaction is our number 1 priority, we always strive to resolve customers concerns to the very best of our ability. We have completed repairs to to your vehicle as instructed by yourself and the cost agreed with you before any work was undertaken. Unfortunatly it became apparent that there was another issue with you vehicle which needed to be rectified and further associated costs covered. All work carried out by ourselves are warrantied and have a no quible guarantee. It is unfortunate that you refused to pay for any further repairs to your vehicle. As a valued customer we have tried all options to resolve the issue, sadly we have exhausted every option to reslove your complaint and we are at a loss on how to move forward. We are sorry, but we can not repair vehicles for free.

Great service, lovely lady on the telephone who was good at explaining everything to me. Got my car back and it had been washed and good as new. Also being a young female I’ve heard so many horror stories about being ripped off but the price was completely reasonable for the work done!
