Avoid at all costs
1If you’re a new business needing LPG certs you’re offered no support as to what is required. They expect you to already know, although “Each engineer has their own specific requirements.”Instead an engineer waited 2 hours while we tried to get everything he needed only to tell us he couldn’t pass the equipment because they weren’t bolted down. Something he could have said in the first 5 minutes. This was followed by a number of other issues and resulted in them badly bolting the equipment and leaving work unfinished.
To top it off I received a phone call from the head of “Customer Relations” who basically spoke to me like a child and wouldn’t let me get a word in. If you can’t complete the work… Just say that! Needless to say we’re going elsewhere and I suggest you do too.
