Fantastic business with even better customer service. It is easy these days for people to simply say our delivery guys can’t do the job and leave it there but not Alan from Northern Carpets and Beds. He went above and beyond to ensure delivery to us last night. I will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family because of their outstanding customer service. The experience was incredible from start to finish. I cannot thank you all enough.

Met with a very friendly chap when entering shop , not being sure what the best options for a stair carpet were I was pleasantly surprised. After choosing what I wanted I had someone measure up the same day! Carpet was fitted to suit my busy schedule , fitters were very friendly too. Im so pleased with it , thankyou .

Purchased two beds and a beautiful double sliding door wardrobe from here. Both the king size and single bed, are amazing quality and very heavy (not made with cheap plywood that you find are being sold on Facebook ect) We were able to chose the fabric on our beds. The wardrobe is beautiful and again amazing quality very very heavy. The service we received was first class, from visiting the shop, delivered and fitted! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality beds and furniture.
