The door of our washing wouldn't open so I rang Phil yesterday afternoon. He suggested a couple of things I might do to unlock it myself but I had already tried these without success. He came today and within minutes had opened the machine and diagnosed a broken handle. He actually had the relevant part in his van and fitted it within minutes. Really great service, helpful attitude, and reasonable price! Would definitely call him for any future appliance problems.

Phil Hughes was amazing. After endless googling to diagnose the problem with our washing machine door not opening, I called him and he knew the problem immediately. He had the genuine part in stock and was with us within the hour to effect the repair. He was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Couldn't have asked for more.
