SOFA collection from DFS . GREAT SERVICE

I ordered a sofa from DFS and wanted to collect it urgently. I called Northampton Transport and they collected same day and arrived in perfect condition. They took great care and 5 star service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Do not use this company

1* is too good for this shambles of a company. Items have been lost because they weren’t put into the van, items were broken & worse of all our tumble dryer looks as if it’s been kicked. It was so dented that it wouldn’t work & we’ve had to have an engineer to fix it. That’s apart from the greasy black marks on my white furniture & pale grey footstool.
I’ve never met such a poor excuse for a removal company, who of course don’t seem to care about the damage or loss they’ve caused
