Stuart and James completed some work for us in the treatment and repair of dry rot in our kitchen, as well as adding in future preventative measures. We obtained a couple of quotes but immediately got such a good feeling from Stuart. He's such a friendly, honest and down to earth person. He answered all of my questions in such detail which just filled us with confidence from the beginning. There was no delay with the date that we agreed for job getting started and the work was completed within the time that Stuart advised that it would be. After initially booking in, James came out and put some treatment down under the floor to prevent any further spread which we really appreciated.

We unfortunately had a bad case of dry rot in the subfloor of a recently renovated kitchen-diner area. Stuart was able to minimise disruption to affected area even propping up work tops and making sure everything could be installed back quickly.

We had another company come to survey and quote for the work who genuinely seemed gleeful when advising that all the joists and floorboards would have to be replaced, without even having a proper look in the sub floor.

Stuart came and used a camera to firstly identify the problem and then advised sensibly that they would only need to expose, treat and replace a proportion of the area and were confident it could be treated and solved with minimal disruption. They clearly know their stuff and their work is insurance backed with guarantees issued.

We would instruct their services them again if we needed any work done in the future and would definitely recommend to others.
