Oven element replacement.

Just had an oven/cooker element replaced. Service was excellent. Fault reported yesterday afternoon, element replaced this afternoon. The price was very reasonable, the engineer polite, cheerful, efficient and tidy. What more could you want. 😎👍

Superb....as a!ways.

Just bought another washing machine to replace the last one bought from them 25 YEARS AGO which has only recently started with bearing noise though still working. We've also had cookers, freezers and fridge freezers and a!ways, without fail, get a good deal. The guys who deliver and fit are first rate. We could have had it delivered the day of purchase if desired but opted for next day. They were in time. Fitted it and took the old one away for a nominal amount. I cannot recommend them enough.

WASHING MACHINE

Bought a washing machine but too deep so cupboard doors would not close. Explained the problem and NWDAS swapped it for one that did fit which was more expensive, but they kept to the original amount I had paid and delivered it free a second time at no cost. Excellent service and will certainly use them again

Excellent Service, great Covid 19 awareness, all precautions observed.

I can't praise this company enough. I had previously contacted others ,who when I explained that access to my kitchen was awkward, were not interested in my need for a new cooker. I called North West Domestic Appliances at 11.30am yesterday and spoke to Matthew. He was very polite and when I explained what I needed he checked his stock and by 2.30pm ( 3 hours later ) my new cooker was installed old one removed and all at a very competitive price. Well done Matthew and your team of delivery & fitting staff too.
