Fabulous!

Jill was lovely - very helpful when choosing the bed. Great delivery service from Wayne and he was brilliant helping get the bed and mattress up the stairs. The drawers seemed faulty as wouldn’t pull out. Rang Jill who was going to reorder a new one immediately but Wayne came back and sorted them out. Great that no excuses we’re going to be made. My daughter absolutely loves the bed and it looks great in her room. I’ll be going back for a mattress for our bed. Feels good to give a local shop business but well worth it! Thanks to both Jill and Wayne!

Helpful and friendly experience

We called to North East Bed Warehouse in Houghton-le-Spring for a mattress for our teen son. The shop isnt huge however there are alot of mattress to take a look at and try out. We went on there was no preasure once we looked we were offered advice based on our budget. Ordering was quick and the mattress was ordered and delivered to our home address in 5 days. We were kept posted about our deliverd time and the drivery was prompt and friendly. The shop owner was very helpful too I would definitely head back for future matresses.

Superb service

Absolutely brilliant support, I needed the mattress urgently however it would not fit in my SUV. No problem for the store, they delivered it FOC within an hour!
