I rung Marc at 5:15pm this evening after I stupidly locked myself out of my one-door house on the first day I move in, with the key on the inside of the lock. He stood for ages trying different methods and in the end, the genius stuck a nifty tool through the letterbox and managed to turn the key from the inside. Not only this, once we were in he spotted a potential reason for one of the locks getting stuck and stood for another hour attempting to solve the puzzle at no extra cost. Hopefully I won’t have this problem again but if I did, I wouldn’t ask anyone else now. The world needs more people like Marc!
