We will take you through the whole process of planning and transforming your bathroom or creating a new suite or additional facilities to suit your requirements, budget and design tastes, whilst minimising disruption.

The company was established in Exmouth, Devon in 1984 by Simon Campbell. Simon has over thirty years experience in the building industry, and more specifically in bathroom and shower room design, planning and installation.

From a small start, we now have a team of friendly, efficient and equally experienced plumbers, electricians and decorators covering East Devon and beyond. We take great pride in our work and have a strict code of conduct and procedure to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.

NLD have done 3 projects for us in our 16th century thatched farmhouse: 2 bathrooms; extensive remodelling and plastering inside and replacement of external rendering. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it; the workers are very pleasant, punctual and tidy. But, above all, their work is of the very highest standard. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them for all sorts of property maintenance and not just their speciality of bathrooms. En-suite shower

Simon carried out a refurbishment of our en-suite shower room. The work and planning was carried out with thought and meticulous attention to detail. He was always prompt and tidy throughout. We wouldn’t hesittae to recommend him.
