Nixons Home Hardware

Nixons is a brilliant local store which I use all the time. They usually have just what you need and are a very convenient choice for Swanage. In the three years I've lived here I have only ever received super helpful customer service from a friendly and professional staff who go out of their way to help you find what you need or recommend where you might find things they don't stock. Every time I have returned something they have refunded without a quibble. I have just called them on the offchance they might have the storage boxes I needed urgently and cant find elsewhere, and not only do they have them in stock but they are delivering to my house for free this pm. I don't think you can get much better service thean that! I can't recommend them highly enough. They are a huge asset to the town.

having purchased a pack of 2 eveready oven lamps and having one blow when switched on for the first time i returned to the store and was told because i did not have a receipt i was not entitled to my money back this despite Nixons label was on the package and was told this is not proof these lamps were theirs,by the way they are made in china so beware. Cost of the lamps £2.99 so not good customer relations.
