Matt came highly recommended by my mortgage advisor, and I can 100% see why! I had a really tight turnaround, and he was in the property within two days—so quick and efficient, but also incredibly thorough. From the start, he took the time to explain the different types of surveys and gave me his professional advice without any pressure. When we had an issue with keys/access from the estate agents, he was patient and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier. His report is next level—so detailed, packed with useful information, and genuinely one of the best my dad (who’s a tradesman) has ever seen. He even said it’s clear that Matt really cares about his work.
