My partner was abuse*d in her retail job at nisbets retail store norwich. Nisbets then hired a solicitor dave Maton for 2 yrs to haras*s and threat*en her and fake court reports ,to try and shut her up for reporting Abu*se in company for 2 yrs . Resulting in her having breakdown and miscarrying twice. When she reported abus*e her good references were taken away and she was told 'no member of nisbets will speak to you '. Then they stalked her even when she left, and gave out her personal HR Information to the company perpetrators. We are suin*g the company and Andrew nisbet, Dave Maton, Debbie lane hr, Lissy wild York store manager, and all the retail staff involved in abus*ing her and faking reports. Every report they take down, we save and put them elsewhere. We ve been contacted by other victims of nisbets . The more reviews nisbets try and hide and delete of her abus*e you put her through THE LOUDER WE WILL SHOUT ABOUT IT. On behalf of my partner *#METOO

very unprofessional service paid for next day delivery to find out late in the evening it wont come till after 3 days the sales person didn't seem to care about the business and said ill refund the money not even any try to make me wait . they should tell customers ( business ) that the 24 h service is not guaranteed . would never order from them again . cs catering is better with service and delivery. will order the item from them as they care about customers and want our business . i asked the the customer service adviser could you do a better deal for me so i could think about waiting for the delivery but he said no two options refund or wait. says a lot about the company have been giving them a lot of business in the past .

They don`t like to refund and just keep fobbing you off and thing they are clever

We are still fighting to get our money back.
Although we have consumer rights behind us, that allow us to ask for a refund on a coffee machine we purchased , within 14 days, whatever the reason, as it was over the internet.
The machine is sold as a professional level coffee maker but it is not and we have tried for nigh on two weeks every day to get the machine back to them and get our money back. All they do is keep fobbing us off with excuses and saying that the manager will get back to us.
They clearly have a system of employing people to fob off until you get fed up. Seems this great customer service is a clever marketing ploy but has an underlying dark side. Be very aware when buying from these characters. We are now speaking to trading standards and our solicitor.
The main thing is that it is our sons business of 21 years old and the money the machine cost is everything he has and so it is affecting his young business.

Truly awful

Placed an order two weeks before Christmas. Did not receive order. It's now been four weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. The whole process has been a farce from start to finish. Don't order from them. Worse then awful.
