Lovely big selection of lights. I bought 6! Staff were extremely helpful and gave good advice. They even dropped off my lights to my address in Bromley in the evening because they were travelling near my home. I had also bought two large bulbs and because I decided I preferred a brighter light they refunded me for these at my house and returned them. They went out of their way and gave excellent customer service. Beautiful modern lights that look absolutely wonderful. Thank you very much. I will be buying more from you for sure;)

Needing to get a set of keys cut me and my boyfriend went to Nimbus lighting and was shocked at the customer services we received when needing to return them. Using the key one evening after getting the key cut, I found that the key was cut wrong and couldn’t get into the house, waiting nearly two hours for my boyfriend to get home from work to let me in the house. When getting the key cut the owner said if the key is wrong, come back and he’ll fix it. When returning back to the shop I was disgusted at the way he treated us. He was very rude and argumentative, accusing us of lying and after nicely explaining to him what has happened. Shouting at us in front of other customers, telling us that we need to listen and even getting other customers involved! Being a student I don’t have a lot of money to constantly splash out on getting keys cut when a mistake has been made. So I was absolutely disgusted when he said that we will need to pay for him to fix his mistakes.

After paying an overpriced amount to get two keys cut, I was disappointed to find when I got home my key wouldn’t fit. I understood that this may have been a minor mistake or fault with the cutting and thought I woulf just return as he (the owner) said I could if I had any problems. Willingly I went in and was very shocked to find that the owner who I had previously dealt with was most rude. I was very polite in saying that it didn’t work and he got very defensive and rude towards me. He had a full on argument with me and was very rude to my partner accusing us of lying and saying we brought in the wrong key. I feel absolutely disgusted that I went to an independent key cutters to support local business and had it thrown in my face by none other than the greedy owner, who wouldn’t even replace or admit to his mistakes. He even tried getting other customers involved with the case. Very unprofessional and doesn’t deserve any business that comes his way.

Wonderful selection (including things we couldn't find on line), friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Bought in what we wanted, and adjusted the hanging length to suit our circumstances as no extra cost. Don't get that on the internet! Absolutely first rate.
