Needed a new mattress they were really helpful at nimbus,after trying quite a few found the one that suited me ,after receiving it I was able to get up a lot less painful,I have to thank George and his team very much,a lovely company worth a visit you’ll not be disappointed ,bought two new pillows as well bamboo they were great as well .

went to other local bed shops "HOWEVER" not a patch on the quality that nimbus beds have in there showroom.
Given some good advice.
No pushy sales people unlike other stores I visited.
Truly can't wait for delivery.
I dealt with ross in the sales room & George whilst completing my order. both very professional & a pleasure to deal with.

If you want friendly, efficient service with knowledgeable staff then Nimbus Beds is the place to go. I had been let down by two previous companies and a friend recommended Nimbus Beds. I looked online and was undecided on my choice so telephoned to speak to a member of staff. She was so helpful and when I finally made my choice the company kept in touch to let me know about delivery nothing was too much trouble for them. I bought my second bed in store. WOW! The new Thornton store looks great. Its great that they don't have any salesmen. They have sleep experts who are highly trained in the bed and mattress industry.

From ordering to delivery - Great service

Was nervous about getting a bed via a web site. However, from my initial enquiry call to the delivery of my bed, Nimbus Beds device has been exemplory. They have been helpful, courteous & friendly. The price of the bed purchased beat any local store competion as did the customer service. Their New Thornton store looks amazing!!

Do not normally write reviews, but on this case I definitely will.
Having been badly let down by Archers sleep centre, I contacted Nimbus Beds and was very impressed by their expertise, and honest delivery times, kept informed of every step from start to delivery. Other companies 'Archers' take note. This is how the general public want to (and should be) treated when they part with their hard earned cash. Would recommend (Nimbus) to anyone in future. I would definitely use them again
