Nick's Gym

Absolutely amazing gym! I’m down in Wales visiting family and needed a gym for a short period, nick was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. He sorted me with a weeks membership for a great price. The gym itself is fully equipped and has every piece of equipment needed with a great authentic layout and environment. Amazing for all workout types, levels of experience and ability. Huge range of free weights, racks and machines and a large array of cardiovascular activities and machines. Great boxing facilities and great size boxing ring. Would definitely recommend this amazing gym to anyone and would personally say it’s the best gym in Wales by far !

Ok but better if you go with someone. Not a friendly experience for me. Sad as I wanted to change my fitness for life, felt I was on my own unless I paid for a one to one :-( not a lot of interaction unless you are outgoing and can be outspoken. I was recovering from a stroke, then unfortunately got shingles and no support :-(

Definitely the best gym I've been too!! Outstanding equipment and constantly changing and upgrading. Even a bouldering wall being built. The best most useful thing for me was having Nick around to help me out with everything fitness related, from technique to diet.
