Best cleaners around. Great personal service. Caring staff will to help anyway they can. Great with my elderly parents and the cleaning is second to none.

I was quite ashamed of my house before I called Nice and Clean. They came and helped me sort out my things and over time clean each room. My house is now a show home. I will try to keep it this way. Thank you to the ladies. You work very hard.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED

Utterly ridiculous how this company & staff can call themselves professional cleaners. From my experience they are totally incompetent of carrying out a simple cleaning task, least of all finishing a job. They are Happy to take your money for an incomplete job, how this company has the nerve to call themselves professionals is beyond me. They not only need to take a course on cleaning but on there communication skills. They have left me very upset and angry. I am unable to say one positive comment about this company. I unfortunately will not be able to recommend them to anyone.

We are sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with our service. Our cleaners came out to do a deep clean on your property. A lamp was missed so I personally came out on the same day to clean the lamp. I also checked over all the work that had been done. Two weeks later you rang to say that you found some dust and you were not happy. Unfortunately after 2 weeks we would not be able to come out and redo the cleaning we had already done- for free. I do not know of any other cleaners that would do this either. Again I am sorry that you are not entirely happy with our service. Michelle, Nice and Clean
