I recently bought a bathroom from nexus and the support I obtained was more that I could ever have expected, I got the items I needed cheaper than other retailers and the delivery was on time and all the items arrived on time in perfect condition. The builders were very nice fitted the bathroom perfectly, everything is working the way it should and I'm happy with the service obtained

Faulty fittings

Had a problem with the supply of a compression joint. the nut split and flooded the bathroom 3 days later after fitting. Nexus have refused to supply the details of the manufacturer and their insurance details.
