No plate and still no refund

Rude staff directors are too good to give you a call sale easy to contact after sale are not won’t give me a refund avoid avoid avoid. I’m stuck with a reg I have no need for !!!! I am Extremely angry

I recently bought my dream combination from New Reg. I opted for the premium transfer service, and New Reg handled literally everything - I just put the plate on my car!! Couldn't recommend more!

Ruined my daughters dream

They said their reg numbers were cheaper than dvla so instead of buying dvla I ordered online and paid on my card. 24 hours later I had an email saying it was unavailable. Went to dvla and it had gone. Contacted dvla and newreg never had the number in the first place it was dvla who owned it and it was sold on the same day I made the purchase from newreg. I'll never get that number again.
