We have highly qualified, CRB Police Checked, First Aid Trained, Male and Female Black Belt Instructors who are Health and Fitness Professionals in their own right. They have a combined experience of over 25 years of training, a wealth of experience in tournaments both nationally and internationally and teach in various locations 7 days a week. We are proud to be a part of the largest Martial Arts Organisation in Europe (the TAGB) and the only Tae Kwon-Do governing body recognised by UK Sport (the BTC).

Tae Kwon-Do is an inclusive and accommodating sport suitable for all ages (4+) and levels of fitness. It is many different aspects to it which is why it is appealing to so many people; from the artistic aspect within the patterns, to the competitive aspect within the sparring, the practical aspect of self-defence and the health aspect of the increased fitness, flexibility and whole body conditioning.
