I provide an honest and covenient service based in Coulsdon and surrounding area.

EXAMPLE SERVICES:

General handyman - anything from changing those difficult to reach light bulbs or unblockng the sink. I'll tackle all those little household jobs -just ask.

Flatpack assembly - if there aren't any instructions or they don't make sense let me put it togther quickly and hassle free. If you need it in a hurry I can also collect from the store for you.

Tiling floor and walls, re-grouting, drilling, replacing, trimming & sealant.

Hanging - secure mounting of TV brackets, pictures and mirrors, kitchen cabinets, shelving, curtains and blinds, internal doors.

Decorating - interior and external painting, full preparation of all surfaces, hanging lining paper and wallpaper, patch plastering , filling of cracks and holes. Preparation of wood surfaces and finishes in varnish gloss or eggshell.

Garden grass cutting, general clearance, patio repairs, pathways, walls, fencing

My rates no call out fee - no hidden extras

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

£35.00 for 1st hour

plus additional half hours £15.00

Fixed rate 1 day (8 hours) £180.00 25% saving on hourly rate

Weekend rate 9am to 6pm

£45.00 for 1st hour

plus additional half hours £20.00

Fixed rate 1 day £240.00 25% saving on hourly rate
