I booked this company after looking and finding them on here and choosing them based on reviews ... once I had booked in a friend of mine also said his family member had booked here before and I wouldn’t be disappointed
I wanted someone new as my other mot station didn’t answer the phone
They were friendly and completely put me at ease , were upfront about cost and called same day about the work that needed to be done and fixed it same day so I wouldn’t be without a car for more then the day
And cost was more than reasonable
Defo will use again
Busy place so book to avoid disappointment if possible I would say
Book in give them a chance and defo read the reviews and give them a go

car needed a clutch replacement on Peugeot semi automatic , looked up new cross garage ,read good reviews so took the car the there and so glad I did.Excellent service ,very professional, and reasonable price ,would highly recommend.

As a female going to a garage, I'm always nervous and cautious that I maybe over charged or charged for things that aren't broken but with Newcross Motor Company I felt looked after and I trust them completely. Such friendly staff and they will go out of their way to make sure that everything is up to top standard before you leave. The owner went through every detail regarding my car service and explained why they parts needed fixing / changing and explained prices. I recommend New Cross Motor Company to everyone! I drive all the way from Bournemouth to them as I know my car will be in the best hands.
