Reasonable amount of stock in the shop and well priced.
I needed a pharmacy on Romney Marsh on a Sunday and they provided it.
Impressed.

Avoid at all costs.

We bought a microwaveable heat pad for neck pain. When we opened the packaging we noticed that one of the seams had a hole in it and that gel was leaking out. The following day we took it back for an exchange or refund and were bluntly informed that because we had unwrapped the item the pharmacy had no obligation to replace or refund it, even though we hadn't used it. This begs the question: how else were we supposed to find out that the product was fit for purpose? This was absolutely shameful service, and it isn't the first time we've had a problem with this particular pharmacy. On another occasion the pharmacist refused to come to the counter to provide advice about an infected eye. No explanation for this lack of professionalism was forthcoming. As we were ignored we went to the nearby Lloyd's pharmacy who provided immediate advice and were friendly and helpful.

Hugely inflated prices.

Although the pharmacy department is up to scratch, I would not recommend buying anything from the shop due to the hugely inflated prices. For example, Seabond fixative seals are £4.79 compared to only £3.05 in Lloyds Chemist only 100 yards away. Steradent tablets are 25% dearer than anywhere else.
