Hoover Washing Machine purchased by my 92 year old father in law.
Excellent service, from first enquiry to instalation.
Old machine removed, leaking tap replaced, tested the machine and instructed on the best settings for ease of use.

Myself, my wife and son all work for the NHS at NGH, so you can imagine our washing machine and also tumble dryer are crucial to ensure uniform is washed and dried daily, Donna and team have looked after our family, wider family and friends for years, messaged Donna , as our tumble needed replacing, and a replacement was sourced, and delivered, old one taken away, customer service and promptness at its best, no delay, fantastic value for money, thank you as always, xx💚💚💚😎

Made a mistake and were incredibly rude about it.

I got a call from a lady who wouldn't tell me her name who simply said "It's New Moulton Electrical, do you want a new hob?" which confused me because I wasn't expecting anything like this; I have my own cooker which I bought and fitted myself.

I politely asked her to tell me who she was looking for. She launched into this tirade about "my husband of 34 years wouldn't speak to me like that". Upon pressing further she said she was calling to speak to Sebastian, which is not me, and as I began to say "well you're through to the wrong person and you've been incredibly rude" she then hung up.

About 10 minutes later I called back to try and find out what was going on and asked the lady what her name was. She then told me to "p**s off" and slammed the phone down like an angry child. Wow. How professional!

I know these guys have a lot of positive reviews, but if one of their staff is making mistakes like that and being incredibly rude in the process, avoid?

Probelms solved no hassles.

My mum is in her 80s , nightmare cooker dies , Ring Donna at NME Tuesday morning , guys round Wednesday afternoon .Thursday New Cooker delivered and fitted , Cooked dinner Thursday evening .
Covid safe visit , all happy .Yes i believe they went the extra mile. Cant fault the service .Thank you all involved .
