John agreed to install our new dishwasher, which had been delivered by John Lewis but left outside our front door, and remove the old one, shortly after restrictions were imposed on social gathering and inessential travel. We live very close to his business, so travel wasn't an issue. We all exercised extreme caution and physical distancing. He couldn't have been more helpful and we are delighted to know that should we need help with any of our appliances in future we will be able to call on him again.

Good advice on state of washing machine

Was very pleased with the service by phone and engineer and good advice given. Unfortunately our washing machine was beyond repair due to it being very damaged in a wash but advice was very helpful from a safety point of view. They were able to demonstrate how it was damaged rather than just stating it.
