1How can a business such as this allow the staff not to answer calls. At least change the options on the messaging to assist patients better!
STUGGLED TO MAKE CONTACT
3Finally, my partner had to take over, he took the afternoon off work to contact them by phone, he could not get them by phone, so he left a voice mail with a phone number to call back, and they did.
- I can only communicate by email as of my work commitments, and unable to take time off at the moment.
Once he was on the phone, they apologised and indicated that they did write a response to the email also gaining the answer that we needed.
- I am on the boarder line for a 2 star but shall keep it as 3, since my partner said that the person he spoke to did help with the questions and was very sorry for the communication gap.
My advice and comment would be to call the customer, even if they cannot answer; my emails clearly revealed my difficulties. My data was provided, so there was no reason not to try. I most likely would not have answered but I have VM and that would have been enough

1This used to be a good practice several years back.
Emails (3) and phone calls (3) unanswered when I complained demonstrating actually how little they care. Am now with a much better, friendlier and professional Dentist just round the corner.
They do not deserve your money. The worst !
