Normally OK, but wasn't happy this time, food didn't look nice at all and tasted like it had been laying around. Returned the food and they were very rude, can't believe the service, and only refunded half the money, will never use again and will never recommend.

POOR PORTIONS, POOR QUALITY

I ordered three dishes from the 'restaurant'.

They took 1 hour 10 minutes to deliver because they couldn't find my house...poor excuse and when they finally delivered, the food felt like it came from Alaska and tasted fresh out of a landfill.

The portions were inadequate, even for a mouse.

When contacting them, they were rude and obnoxious. The issue was never resolved and even going into the shop they continued their pathetic customer service.

They are also trading under the name 'Jin Feng'

Disgraceful customer service.

Absolute disgraceful customer service. My wife ordered a chinese and hadnt heard for nearly 50 minutes. She then called up to see where our food was, and the takeaway said it was with the delivery driver.
Another 15 minutes, and telephoned back to say they hadnt had an order, then said we cancelled our order, when this was simply not the case. I am a Type 1 diabetic, and food timing are crucial, and this was the worst type of customer service ever experienced, as no apology, just an offer to recook the food again. I will be simply avoiding this place at all costs, and the customer service experience.
